For a loft in the recently renovated Painter's Loft near the Gordon Square Arts District, MOD{all} designed a single occupant loft space where the existing building structure and elements were left untouched.  Where new program was added, partial height walls bound the areas and are accented with bold colors. 

Built-in casework is compromised primarily of custom fabricated plywood sheathing that contrasts with pristine wall mounted kitchen cabinetry.
