The shelter is proposed for the shore of Lake Erie in the community of Lakewood, Ohio just outside of Cleveland.  The proposed shelter is situated and formed to create a 'cone' that expands toward the view of the lake.  In addition to a basic shelter, an observation area is provided for individuals to enjoy the views of Lake Erie and to catch its breezes.
